Technical Information

Volume III of the VEP Catalog is loaded with technical information.  This includes many graphs, standards, diagrams, formulas, procedures and other useful information for selecting the proper thermal package for a given application.  For an on-line preview of the technical data from our catalog, use the information below.  Or you may view/download the entire Technical Data section in PDF format.

The start of the technical information is page 4.  This page is an introduction into the need to find the thermal impedance or resistance (RØsa).   This page includes a graph of "Thermal Resistance v.s. Heat Sink Volume"
